Lei lavora da sempre nella moda e ha collaborato con diverse riviste di interior design e quando arriva a Trancoso, nel 2004, capisce subito di trovarsi in un posto speciale e pieno di energia. Questa casa riflette tutto il suo grande gusto e senso estetico.
Casa da Bela è un esempio di architettura tradizionale del sud di Bahia, restaurata con un sapore rustico-chic.
La casa è un mix di mobili artigianali brasiliani e di pezzi unici trovati durante i suoi vari viaggi, tra aguayos argentini, tessuti provenzali e lanterne marocchine.
La casa è situata proprio dietro il Quadrado storico, cuore della vita sociale e culturale del villaggio, in una splendida stradina acciottolata e costeggiata da palme e alberi in fiore.
Casa da Bela si organizza in due corpi, separati da un deck esterno in legno e un lussureggiante giardino, dove rilassarsi su un’amaca, circondati da gelsomini e banani.
Grosse porte di legno scorrevoli rendono gli spazi della casa completamente aperti, creando una totale continuità tra interno ed esterno.

Just below the equator, embedded in tropical forests and surrounded with white beaches and pink cliffs, lies an old fishing village, that recently has become the glamourous destination of international tourism.
The historical square is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a wide grassy rectangle where children play soccer and dance capoeira, lined with pastel-coloured houses and a small XVIth Century white church overlooking the ocean.
Casa da Bela is our dear friend’s achievement to live into this magical reality. She has always worked in fashion and has free-lanced for a number of interior design magazines and when she first arrived in Trancoso in 2004, she immediately realized the magical and powerful atmosphere of this amazing location.
Her house reflects all her delicate and aesthetic taste.
Casa da Bela is an original South Bahia house, completely renovated and rustic-chic in feel, a charming mix of Brazilian craftsmanship furnitures and unique pieces collected all along her travels: Argentine aguayos, Provence fabrics, Moroccan lanterns.
The house is set in a quiet and beautiful cobbled street lined with palm and flowering trees, just behind the Quadrado Historico, the social and cultural heart of the village.
Casa da Bela is an enchanting house, organized in 2 blocks, both opened to an exterior wooden deck and a luxuriant garden to relax on a hammock surrounded by palm trees and jasmine flowers.
Sliding wooden doors make the entire house an open-air area and provide a continuum with the interior and the exterior.

Una cara follower di Pentagonne ci ha suggerito un sito interessante. Si chiama Palomar.
Palomar è un’azienda italiana che fin dal 1956 si inserisce nella grande tradizione ottica fiorentina. Si occupa di design, coniugando con abilità passato e presente.
Hanno una grande attenzione alla ricerca di nuove forme e nuovi utilizzi degli strumenti tradizionalmente dedicati alla visione ed allo sguardo sul mondo.
Il suo know how, fatto di qualità e ricerca, le ha permesso di realizzare progetti altamente creativi e oggetti di design inediti, frutto della collaborazione con grandi designers contemporanei.
Palomar ha sede a Firenze in uno storico palazzo ed espone al pubblico i risultati del proprio percorso nel design nello spazio espositivo “Palomar Sciorùm”, dove vengono anche organizzati eventi speciali.
L’oggetto di design che più mi ha colpito è “Crumpled city”, ovvero una serie di mappe che avresti sempre voluto. Soffici, ultraleggere, belle, disponibili ad essere maltrattata.
Ogni mappa permette di orientarsi con facilità nella città visitata.
Infatti l’istruzioni per l’uso sono:
1. Spiegazzale prima dell’uso!
2. due secondi soltanto per aprire e chiudere le mappe.
3. Solo 20 grammi di peso, indistruttibili e 100% resistenti all’acqua.

A dear follower Pentagonne has suggested an interesting site. It’s called Palomar.
Palomar is an Italian company that since 1956 is part of the optical Florentine tradition. It deals with design, combining skills with past and present. It pays a great attention to research into new forms and new uses of the tools traditionally dedicated to the vision and the vision of the world. Its know-how, made of quality and research, has enabled it to carry out projects highly creative and unusual design objects, the result of great collaboration with contemporary designers.
Palomar is located in Florence in a historic building and exposes to the public the results of its course in design in the exhibition space called “Palomar Sciorùm”, where special events are also organized.
The design object that I like the most is the most is “Crumpled City”, a series of maps that you always wanted. Soft, lightweight, beautiful, willing to be mistreated.
Each map allows you to navigate easily in the cities visited.

Finalmente il lookbook è stato rilasciato: la nuova collaborazione tra H&M e Versace è quasi pronta nei principali negozi di H & M in tutto il mondo! Cosa state aspettando? Ho voglia di vederla dal vivo il 17 Novembre!
Sono sempre stata una fan fedele della famiglia Versace. Quando ero bambina, mia zia mi passava le riviste di moda che leggeva, visto che i miei genitori le regalavano l’abbonamento per il suo compleanno (parlo di Grazia). Così, dopo che lei li aveva letti, me li passava. Mi ricordo di un gioco stupido che facevo spesso: “Devo riconoscere il marchio senza leggere il nome”. E ‘stato facile giocarci quando trovavo le recensioni delle sfilate di moda. Così, ci ho giocato molte volte ed era molto facile indovinare quando si trattava di riconoscere le nuove collezioni di Versace. Tutte le modelle sembravano molto simili tra loro. Proprio l’anno scorso, il nostro insegnante Fashion Panorama ci spiegato in classe che c’era una ragione per questo: erano uguali a Donatella, perché a quel tempo Gianni disegnava le collezioni. Lei era la sua musa e la sua sostenitrice.
Comunque, ci manca Gianni e ci piacciono molto le ultime collezioni firmate da Donatella, ma soprattutto siamo felici che con questa collaborazione con H&M i simboli della Versaciness siano tornati! Noi amiamo il vestito di metallo e le stampe icona. Io personalmente amo il vestito nero corto e sono davvero curiosa di provare quello in metallo d’oro.
Non penso che rimarremo tutti delusi, anche se dobbiamo dire che i prezzi non sono troppo stile H&M. Comunque, è VERSACE, cos’altro dovremmo chiedere di più!

Finally the lookbook has been released: the new collaboration between H&M and Versace is getting ready to hit the major H&M store around the world! What are you waiting for? I really want to see it live on the 17th of November!
I’ve always been a sincere fan of Versace’s family. When I was a little girl, my aunt used to pass me her fashion magazines that my parents used to gift her for her birthday every year (it was Grazia). So, after she would be done reading them, I would get the chance to have them and flip through the pages. I remember playing a silly game: “I have to recognize the brand without reading the name!”. It was easy to play it when you found the fashion show reviews. So, I played it many times and I felt it was very easy to guess when it came to Versace’s new collections. All the models looked very similar. Just last year, our Fashion Panorama teacher explained in class that there was a reason for it: they looked alike Donatella, since at that time Gianni was designing the collections. She was his muse and his supporter.
Anyway, we miss Gianni and we like Donatella’s latest collections, but mostly we are happy that with this collaboration with H&M she brings back the essential symbol of Versaciness. We love the metal dress and the icon prints. I personally love the black short dress and I am really curious to try on the gold metal one.
I don’t think we all be disappointed by it, even though we must say that prices aren’t too H&M style. Anyhow, it’s VERSACE, what else would you ask for?
