Questo è il trailer di American Hustle. Ci pare un gran bel film, vero?
Can’t wait to watch it!
Packing for the holidays, I’ve realized that something was missing. I got my towel, check! I got my flip flops, bikini, sun cream, after sun lotion, books and magazines, t-shirts, shorts.. check check check! And what else (as George Clooney says)? What about a hat?
I thought I should go for a classical hat that I could use also in different occasions. And here I have found Panames & Co.
Panames & Co revisits Panama, calls for every day to make these hats a fashion accessory that you got carry it everywhere. It’s a new brand founded in Paris, by a very lovely young couple.
The hats are handmade in Ecuador, selected by Homero Ortega, the most renowned manufacturers of the country and sent to France, where they are reworked.
To allow fashionistas to always keep their hats on, they have developed a system to change oneself ribbon and adapt to the mood of the day!
Also my dad is a big fan of Panames & Co 🙂 Here it is their Facebook Fan Page

Here you can find more info about the hats: visit the website http://www.panamesandco.fr/
À bientôt!
(thanks to France and Cédric)

Truccarsi in 10 secondi? Semplicissimo.

Can you put your make up on in 10 seconds? Too easy.

Everyone knows the reasons why Amsterdam is famous in the world. In the 80s the city was associated with diamonds, clogs, cheese, red skin, the red light district with prostitutes in the window and the canals. Or at least these were the features that were told by those who traveled frequently for work in the Netherlands. That is my dad.
All this still exists, even if now I have found that has been transformed into a dynamic, colorful and above all projected into the future thanks to the design and beyond.
My trip starts from Amsterdam Zuid, the heart of the financial city of the city. In fact, there are headquarters of the largest consulting firms such as Accenture and Boston Consulting Group. The buildings are tall skyscrapers of the modern architecture.
The Jordaan district is the area of the city that impressed me the most. There is the house where Anne Frank lived during the time when her family hid from Nazi persecution. E ‘remained intact and bare, at the behest of Otto Frank, Anne’s dad that the only one who survived. After the end of World War II is committed to spread to the diary which became a book translated into many languages and spread all over the world, even if at first it was quite reluctant and did not want to read those pages. It must not have been easy to find out what his daughter has felt in those dark years.
Around here there are beautiful restored houses a series of shops that you should visit.
Everyone knows the most famous Dutch brand: Droog stands out in design and fashion Martin Margiela, G-star, Iris van Herpen and model Doutzen Kroes. Although my favorites are Viktor & Rolf, the design duo that has formed at the prestigious Arnhem Academy of Art and Design. They are also made in Italy thanks to Renzo Rossi, owner of Only the Brave, which produces their collections in Italy. The next season will return a new collection on the runways of haute couture. I can not wait! On the other hand Paris he had honored with a retrospective exhibition in 2003 at the Museum of Decorative Arts in rue de Rivoli.
And what about the festival in honor of the new King William? Orange everywhere. Queen Beatrix has abdicated in favor of the firstborn. The whole city was celebrating and was painted orange

A photo of Kathrine Switzer in the Boston Marathon, 1967.
In 1967, Kathrine Switzer was the first woman to run the Boston marathon. After realizing that a woman was running, race organizer Jock Semple went after Switzer shouting, “Get the hell out of my race and give me those numbers.” However, Switzer’s boyfriend and other male runners provided a protective shield during the entire marathon. The photographs taken of the incident made world headlines, and Kathrine later won the NYC marathon with a time of 3:07:29.
